Return/Exchange Policy for Jazz Shoes

1. Sizing Information: Please note that our shoe sizes are in NZ size, which may differ from the US size printed on the shoes. No returns or exchanges are accepted based on sizing discrepancies.
2. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges: You may return or exchange jazz shoes within 5 days of the product delivery date, provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags intact. We do not accept returns or exchanges for shoes that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for both return and exchange shipping costs. To ensure postage costs are covered for the exchanged shoes, please provide NZ Post size "M Economy ticket" or equivalent when initiating the return
4. Refunds/Exchanges: Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method. Exchanges will be promptly processed. If the requested size is unavailable, we'll offer alternatives. If none are suitable, original purchase postage costs cannot be refunded.
