How to use:

• Ensure your skin is clean and dry
• Stick to the skin
• Check there are not air bubbles when press it

After use:

• Use a mild face cleanser or bar soap to create a lather that will help clean your nipple covers
• Rub your fingers on them using small circular motions
• Rinse away the soap using lukewarm water
• Re-use the adhesive back if it's clean

Note:

• It may not stick to all skin types
• Do not put on right after a shower
• Silicone nipple pasties can be re-worn around 25-50 times, depending on how well you care for them
