Hi, the shafts are standard length with the blue dot the club head is set 1 degee upright from.standard, if your not familiar with ping clubs they have a colour chart. you take measurements of your height and wrist to floor measuemebts and that will give you a static measure of an "ideal" club to start with and this is there colour dot system. hope this helps.
