QK Penguin sea kayak in good working condition. Rudder controls work well, and fairly minimal scratches on the hull given it's intended usage. Recently refreshed the deck bungees and handle cords. Well looked after. Comes with pump, near-new spray neoprene skirt, two-piece paddle and paddle float. All great safety gear to have on board. This kayak can take you on amazing adventures as designed in NZ for NZ waters and wind conditions. This is a stable and responsive kayak with a great rocker to ride over waves. Stable for novices, whilst not being sluggish to cover the miles. Length is 4.8m, beam is 61 cm. Front (55L) and rear (90 L) hatches with lots of room for camping gear. 26kg. Retractable rudder with foot-operated pedals, in excellent working condition.

Recently upgraded backrest for additional comfort but can provide the original piece if desired.

I have only just bought this boat but selling again as rethinking where and what I will kayak. I have a small water loving dog and so now deciding to use a sit on kayak so pup can regularly travel with me.
Inspection welcome but I can't take it on the water yet as I don't have racks set up. I am very familiar with these boats as owned one in past life and also a Shearwater. Great all round boats. Unbreakable.
