- Pre-heat your hand iron to 375-400Fusing the cotton setting with No steam.
- Pre-warm the area of fabric where this patch is going to be worn with the iron.
- Place this patch with the backside against the warmed fabric and then cover it with a piece of material to protect the iron and the patch.
- Iron for 40 seconds, then flip the whole garment and iron the fabric behind the patch for another 40 seconds.
