As well as Wall Stickers, we have now extended our product range to include mugs, coasters, clothing, pillows aprons and much more.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders on the same day if received before 2pm and you will receive your parcel within 7-10 working days.

Where orders are placed at a weekend or on a bank holiday, they will be treated as if they were received the morning of the next working day.

We are unable to accept orders where the full address information has not been supplied. Please provide your phone number for the courier as well.

Returns

Unwanted Purchases/Your Right to Cancel

You must notify us of your intent to cancel / return the item within 30 days of the date of delivery to your address.

Returned items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all parts, accessories, original packaging and the original invoice.

Where a product is faulty, damaged or described incorrectly we will refund the original delivery charge, but not when a product is simply unwanted*.

The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. Faulty products - within 30 days

In the event of a fault developing within 30 days of purchase, we can either process an exchange (stock permitting) or issue a full refund after receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault.

Sent from overseas just in a box with no padding or bubble wrap - arrived in smithereens ; ridiculous to think that it would not get broken en route. As it was intended to be a birthday present, this was extremely disappointing. Anticipating huge problems getting a replacement or a refund , as have previously ordered a their from this company which never arrived - dozens of emails remain unanswered and no response from seller. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER !!!!!!

dodgy seller, says any email will recieve a reply in 1 working day, but I emailed sat & still nothing & has been approx 13 working days since item was paid for and nothings arrived. UK to nz takes approx 6 working days so this seller is just a scammer

Seller never replied to any of my emails. Paid via Ping straight away & had to request refund from trademe after three weeks of nothing. BUYER BEWARE. Their feed back looks to be 1 in 5 negative. I should have checked before I hit buy now but learnt a lesson here. Would recommend looking elsewhere for sure.
