Despatch: We ship all items via Registered Eparcel Post or Fastway courier at the moment,tracking number provided,you can follow up with your goods once they are sent out,our handling time is 1 business day after payment cleared (except weekends and public days), different area has different delivery date.

Pick up: We have a warehouse in Auckland,pick up order is available for most contain products.Warehouse opens from Monday Thru Friday 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM Pacific except public days,pls contact us with all information in advance,we need to fix the appointment with warehouse manager and make a booking number for you to save the pick up handling fee.

1, All customers must contact us via email within 10 days after receipt in regards any return.We are not liable for any return if customers simply only change mind or order by mistake.Customers need to pay return postage plus 15%-20% restocking fee along with original packaging and all accessories.

2, In spite of the issue,customer's item must be returned to our facility at the buyers shipping expense unless item is faulty or damaged.If we receive an item without an email notification,a return will not be processed.

3, Upon receipt of the item and completions of our inspection,a refund or replacement will be processed.If the order is found to be defective,we can either grant a full refund(Paypal or bank transfer),or a replacement with no additional cost.If the order is not found to be defective and we grant a refund,80%-85% of your original payment.Our warranty does not apply to products that have been misused,modified,repaired or abused by anyone.Our products reserves the right as final authority on whether the products should be replaced or refunded.

4, We will not be liable for any incidental,indirect, consequential,or damages of any nature arising from the sale of the product.
