Completing Your Purchase: You must contact us within 3 days of winning an auction. Payment must be made within 5 working days, unless otherwise agreed.

Pricing & Invoicing: All prices listed on TradeMe are GST inclusive. GST invoices are available on request for all purchases.

When making payment please use both the Auction # and your TradeMe ID as the reference. If the reference is incorrect or missing, we have no way of knowing who made the payment and it will cause significant delays to the transaction. Credit Card Payment

All shipping/handling charges are stated in the auction details and are non-negotiable. Purchases will be carefully wrapped, securely taped, and clearly labelled.

Warranty: All goods, unless stated otherwise, are guaranteed to fulfill the specifications listed in our listed auction, and to perform the tasks for which they are intended. We operate within the rules of the Consumer Guarantees Act, and we will provide a remedy under that act if the goods are faulty in any way. We firmly believe “the Customer is always right” and will do our utmost to give the benefit of the doubt where possible and reasonable.

Delivery, cancellation, goods return for credit:

Please note that according to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, we do not have to give you a refund if you change your mind or just did not like the goods or they did not suit you, so please choose carefully. We may, at our discretion accept returns for up to 30 days from purchase. Returns for other than defective items attract a 20% restocking fee. It is the customer’s responsibility to properly pack, ship and ensure the contents of all returned packages using a traceable shipping method. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

GOVERNMENT LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION Consumers Guarantees Act: Your warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. However, where you are purchasing for the purposes of a business, you agree that the terms of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply. All warranties and conditions implied under any other statutes (including the Sale of Goods Act (1908) are expressly excluded from your warranty.

This Agreement, your access to and use of Aluminium Extrusion Company TradeMe store, and all related matters are governed solely by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute between you and Aluminium Extrusion Company or any other person arising from, connected with, or relating to the Aluminium Extrusion Company TradeMe store, this Agreement, or any related matters (collectively "Disputes") will be resolved before the Courts of law in Auckland, and you hereby irrevocably submit and attorn to the original and exclusive jurisdiction of those courts in respect of all Disputes.
