We only accept payments through Ping. Ping allows you to pay instantly for your purchases by credit or debit card or bank deposit on Trade Me. This provides us with the fastest possible transaction time.

Shipping Method

We use NZ Post to deliver most orders. When we dispatch your item to you, an email confirmation will be sent. If possible, the item will be left in a secure location at the address specified. For large bulky items we will use Poste Haste for delivery.

Shipping Times

Most orders are dispatched within 2 working day. We deliver via a tracked courier service - once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order with our delivery partner. Standard NZ delivery is 2-3 business days to major cities, with additional time for rural deliveries.

Please allow additional delivery times of up to 5 business days, if your order is placed within two days of the public holidays. Please note that orders placed after 12.00pm may not be dispatched until the following Day. Weekends and all Public holidays are not classed as a business day. All orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days (Depending on time of the day purchased).

Change of mind: We do not accept change of mind refunds. Whilst we are happy to consider each scenario on a case-by-case basis - Most will result in store credit minus a 20% restocking fee.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you notice any damage please take photos for your records and contact us within 24 hours.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We will ensure you receive your full refund on receipt of your items being returned to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please be aware as stock levels may change, we would always ask you to email us first and we will ensure your case is dealt with fully to ensure a satisfactory outcome.
