Which courier company do you use? We use NZ Couriers for our deliveries.

Can I combine shipping? Absolutely, we are more than happy to combine orders to save on shipping costs, here is how:

1. Select shipping for the product with the highest freighting cost.
2. Select combined shopping with prior order shipping option for the items you would like shipped together.

What are your shipping areas? We ship nationwide. Physical addresses are preferred.

How long does delivery take? Delivery usually takes between 1-3 working days. We ship from Oamaru

I need my order urgently, can we make shipping any faster? Give us a call on 027 699 8889 and we will see what we can do to get your delivery to you faster.

Will I receive a notification that my order is on its way? Yes, once it is booked you will receive the tracking number.

We understand it can be hard to purchase a product you haven’t seen in person however we fully believe in and back our products which is why we offer a 30 day money back guarantee for unused products and a 24 month warranty covering damage or loss as results of production mistakes, flaws or imperfections.

We also understand when you receive a product, it may not be exactly what you expected. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days and we will be happy to assist you in returning if for an exchange, replacement or refund (depending on the situation). Please keep in mind this applies to unused products that are still within their packaging with labels included.

To make this process fast and easy, please retain everything you have received including the original packaging and label. Take a photo of the item (including defects if any) and email us. We will process this for you as quickly as possible.

We are also proud to offer a 24 month warranty covering damage or loss as results of production mistakes, flaws or imperfections.

Email us for a refund / replacement (depending on the situation) for:

• Missing any parts
• Manufacturing defects
• Item is not what was described
• Visible damage from the courier
• Broken parts from within the box
• Item isn’t what you were after

What isn’t covered under returns and exchanges? Unfortunately, we cannot cover for the following:

• The product has been used or altered
• It doesn’t come with it’s original packaging
• It cannot be entered back in to stock (bar faulty goods)
• We don’t have the original proof of purchase when sold
• If contact is made beyond 30 days of purchase

- Where are you based? We are based in Oamaru, Otago where we stock the majority of our products before distribution. We have excellent distribution channels to and from Oamaru.

- I am after a specific product but cannot currently see it in store, how can I get it? Not all products in our catalogue are currently listed on our Trade Me Store. If you are after a specific product from our catalogue that is not available on our Trade Me store, please get in touch with us and we will source this for you.

- Where are your products from? We source all our products from our headquarters in Germany.

- Are all products manufactured in Germany? Not all products are exclusively manufactured in Germany. Like with most products nowadays, materials and parts are sourced from various places around the world.

- What makes Balzer equipment so special? All equipment goes through years of thorough testing and improvements. Only the best materials are used and processed with the highest attention to detail. Our goal is to produce the best product using the best materials, following strict processes and procedures.

- What is your product warranty? We offer a 24 month warranty on all products covering damage or loss as results of production mistakes, flaws or imperfections.
