• We use NZ post express couriers 99.9% of the time.
• We deliver via a tracked courier service - once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order with our delivery partner (this should come from TradeMe, and would also be in your TradeMe account).
• Standard NZ delivery is 2 to 3 business days to major cities, with additional time for rural deliveries.
• You are welcome to advise a preferred courier, we will do our best to accommodate you.
• Authority to Leave is granted on all items unless signature is requested.
• Please provide a safe address for delivery. We recommend somewhere like a work address or PO Box which has someone on site.
• Courier times for delivery are those provided by the couriers. We do not control them.
• If you do not get your package in the expect time. Reach out and we will figure it out.
• Things happen... we do our best to resolve them.
• Leave a phone number as part of your delivery address... it will help old Bob the courier find you and your address if he gets in a pickle.
• Normally we need a day to pack... if we hit a speed bump, we will reach out to you.
• Recyclable postage bags are used.
• Please allow additional delivery times of up to 5 business days, if your order is placed within two days of a public holiday.
• Please note that orders placed on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday.
• Weekends and all Public holidays are not classed as a business day.
• All orders will be processed on the first available business day.

Returns… no one likes a return. You don’t, we don’t, but let’s get it sorted out.

• We might ask for images or a video to help understand more.
• If approved you need to return all the parts, charger cords, manuals, etc.
• You are protected under the consumers guarantees act... and so are we.
• You will be treated in the manor you treat us.
• Politeness will be meet with politeness. Weird how that works.
• We do our best to be quick with these kinds of things. If we hit a snag, we will let you know and try find a solution.

How do I get the order back to you?

Returns can be sent from your nearest Post Office, if a item is faulty or wrong we will pre-pay for a ticket for you. Please contact us first to make this happen. To ensure that the item arrives in original condition, it is important that the packaging used is robust enough to protect the item. For all returns that relate to a “Change of Mind” postage must be paid by the returnee and will not be refunded. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and retain this to enable you to track your return.

For change of mind purchases or items bought in error.

• Goods must be returned in unused condition, in original packaging (with tags attached) with proof of purchase within 30 days of the purchase date. You will need to return the product to us by post. Get in contact for the return address.
• Will you refund my delivery charge if I change my mind? We’ll refund you what you paid for your product(s) but not the delivery charge or logistics costs, unless the order was faulty or incorrect. Please see exceptions below.

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us using the details in the contact us tab. Return to base warranty. You can always contact us for any return question.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, special deals, discounted or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Special Arrangements

If you opt to make a special request for your purchase such as but not limited to: a change of courier, YT partnership, bulk deal, marketing arrangements, discount request etc. In other words, you make us go our of our way in terms of time and effort we reserve the right to reject a return. When you buy a product or service under these conditions, the sale is final unless the item breaches a guarantee under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
