Payment Instructions:

At the close of an auction or buy now, you will automatically be sent email instructions on how to proceed with payment. Full payment MUST be received within 7 days of auction closing and before goods are shipped. Please ensure to instruct bank tellers to include your auction number as a reference when depositing money into our account to avoid confusion.

Payment Methods Accepted:

Internet Banking. Ping - Use your debit or credit card, bank account or Ping balance Afterpay - Four fortnightly interest-free payments Payment on pick up (cash or cheques)

Tax / GST Invoices:

We are a GST registered company and can provide a GST invoice if required.

We offer FREE courier/ transport delivery throughout New Zealand.

We make use of PBT (Peter Baker Transport) Couriers and Transport as our delivery partner and they endeavour to deliver within 5 working days.

Items will not be shipped until we have received payment in full and it has cleared. All Courier Deliveries are generally sent the same or the next working day, however delays can occur during peak times i.e. Christmas and long weekends.

Please allow 7 working days for delivery after payment has been cleared. We will email the courier track and trace number to the purchaser before shipment.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes, please address your goods to a physical delivery address.

Once the goods are passed on to the courier, it is out of our control. If you do not receive your goods in a reasonable timeframe please check the tracking on PBT’s website or don’t hesitate to eMail or call us and we will follow up for you, as we strive for excellent service.

Warranty Policy:

All warranty claims are to be made by the original purchaser of the item, warranty is not transferable beyond the original buyer. Your invoice, buyer details delivery docket are required as proof of purchase Warranty is only valid in New Zealand Warranty does not cover: - Normal wear and tear. - Damage to item from using for a purpose for which they were not designed or intended - Damage from neglect or careless storage or use - Paint failure caused by any breakdown of coatings applied previously Because application and conditions vary, and are beyond our control, we are not responsible for results obtained in using our products, even when used as suggested. The user should conduct tests to determine the suitability of the product for the intended purpose or use. Our liability (including liability for breach of warranty, strict liability in tort, negligence or otherwise) is limited exclusively to replacement of the product or refund of its price. Under no circumstance are we liable for incidental and consequential damages.

Replacement Policy:

We will replace your goods if it is found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA). Biosymph Ltd will send a replacement where possible, we will only refund when we are unable to supply a replacement. 1 The buyer has a responsibility to check the item immediately on delivery and report any damages or faults to the seller by email within 24 hours of receiving their item, when claiming please ensure you state your invoice number and description of the goods purchased. We reserve the right to refuse any claims that may be made after this time frame listed above. Photos are required from the buyer as proof of damage. 2 It is buyer’s responsibility to check the package for any damage made from couriers before item courier ticket is signed to say goods have been received in good condition. 3 Biosymph Ltd is liable for freighting any replacement warranty item back to the purchaser, except when the returned item is tested and found not faulty or not in the same condition that the purchaser stated, in which case the purchaser will be required to pay for return postage costs and the item will be sent back at purchaser’s expense 4 Goods must be returned with all accessories, instructions, original packing, cartons and boxes 5 Biosymph Ltd must receive all returns within 14 days of invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse claims made after this time frame We will replace paint only if it does not perform as specified, free of charge to rectify the affected areas. This guarantee is limited and excludes all labour and other charges.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will only be offered on items that arrive Dead on Arrival, items that are defective and that we are unable to repair and/or replace with equal or greater functionality Refunds will not be offered once item has been used Refunds will not be offered if buyer changes their mind, or item is 'not what you expected' All items must be returned to Biosymph Ltd for a full assessment BEFORE a refund will be considered or issued.

The following applies to refunds offered under any/all circumstance other than listed above: - Goods must be returned in undamaged packaging, with all accessories and parts - Biosymph Ltd reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are returned in what we deem an unreasonable condition - Goods must be returned within 14 days of invoice date

The buyer details will under no circumstances be passed onto any third party and we will take all reasonable steps to keep buyers details private and confidential.
