• All payments must be made in full within 3 days of the auction closing and before the delivery.
• When making a deposit please use the auction number or your Trade Me username as a reference, if you are unable to do so - please let us know so we can identify your deposit quickly.

Lay-by:

You are welcome to lay-by. A 20% non refundable deposit of the total price is required. Customers must pay in full within 6 weeks from the date of the auction closing. If you change your mind or give up the order, the 20% deposit is not refundable.

Tax Invoice

Tax Invoices for GST and Income tax are available on request for all purchases.

We send out goods promptly and tracking details are emailed to you once order is dispatched. All our parcels are delivered with signature upon delivery unless no signature is requested by buyer.

Warranty:

All items carry a 12 month warranty unless stated otherwise.

Items will not be covered by warranty if they are misused by user in any way. In addition, removal of any label, tampering or any unauthorized use and trying to dismantle product to fix also voids the warranty.

Return or Refund Policy

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction, in the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty we will replace or exchange if:

• Item is damaged or Item is defective
• You must notify us within 7 days
• If your item is unable to be replaced we will offer you a refund. We will do our best to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.

We will not refund if:

You simply 'change your mind'. Item was 'not what you expected it to be' or 'not what you imagined it to be'. Please ask all questions before bidding.

Under any circumstances we would not share your details to our thirty party, all information you supplied is considered private and confidential.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: Our Trade Me page is managed every day. We will endeavour to answer all questions, emails and winning auctions within the same working day. If an auction is won after 3.30pm contact may be made the following working day.
