We will freight goods purchased on Trademe to New Zealand addresses only.

We aim to fulfill orders within 24 hours and get them to the next available courier, this will be a Monday (excluding public holidays) if the purchase was made on a weekend or later Friday afternoon.

Freight to main centres $9, rural addresses $13. Purchases of our goods through Trademe can be combined to achieve freight free threshold.

Surfboards up to 7’ are $50 North Island Main centres, $70 North Island rural, $70 South Island main centres, $95 South Island rural. (Note you are better getting a board sent to a main town as sometimes 3rd party carriers will not take items over 150cms for the final leg of the trip).

Bodyboards are $20 Urban / $28 Rural

Surfboards and SUPs over 7’ are delivered to your nearest Toll depot at $70 North Island and $90 South Island

We ship smaller goods with Courier Post, Post Haste and NZ Couriers. Surfboards up to 7’ go with Aramex. Boards over 7’ are sent with Toll, to their nearest depot.

Are allowed on full priced items (excluding sunglasses, underwear and swimwear) within two weeks of purchase as long as they are unused, all tags are intact and have proof of purchase.

Sales on discounted items are final so please choose carefully.

Any return freight on unwanted goods will be at buyer’s expense.

We will fulfil all of our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and any other legal Act we are obliged to by law.

Depending on where you are in New Zealand and current travel issues you should receive your goods in 1-4 days. Potentially add a couple of days for rural
