Please make payment within 5 days. We will withdraw the order without future notice if the payment isn't made after 5 days. We accept ping / paynow (credit card) / after pay / internet banking / bank deposit. Please use the order reference number as bank reference if the payment is made by internet banking or bank deposit.

Order Processing Time

All Orders will be processes same day or next business day once we receive the payment. The tracking number will be uploading to the trademe orders after 6:00PM on every working day. You can check the status by clicking the tracking number in your order pages.

We do NOT dispatch items on weekend / any public holidays / long weekend

Update information & Cancellations

If you accidentally give a wrong postal address or ordered a wrong item and you have paid for the item then please contact us within 30 minutes upon the payment is made. We can't help if the request is made after this time frame because your order might be dispatched.

We provide 30 days Return to Base warranty If the auction does not contain any warranty information

Warranty Does Not Cover:

*Bonus accessory items (such as accessories comes with package for free) *Incorrect assembly, misuse, abuse or use of a product for which it was not designed *Damage from neglect or careless storage. *Artificial damage or malfunction caused by misuse

We will replace or repair where possible and refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available or it can't be repaired.

Buyer has the responsibility and expense of sending back the faulty item.

Buyer's responsibility to check the item once receiving, Please keep the packaging, If you determine that any items are damaged or missing or anything you think that is not right. Please contact us by email within 72hrs of receiving the item. We reserve the right to refuse claims that are made after this time frame.

We do not refund if the buyer simply changes their mind.

For the screen protector products, buyer's responsibility to check it before applying, No replacement is offered after it is applied to device because of disposable products

Refunds Policy

Refund will issue only when the replacement can not be supplied or item can not be fixed.

Refund will issue on the every Friday after the returning item is received

Please contact us by email if any problem with your order. We reply all emails on week days, however, as first come, first served so you may have to wait to up to 36 hours for the reply during our business hours (9:00 AM ¨C 5:00PM) week days.

We don't reply to emails after business hours or on any public holidays but you are still welcome to send email during that period.

Please also send CLEAR photos through email If there is anything wrong about the order. That helps to solve the problem in the fastest way.
