Brand House Direct only accepts payment via PayNow so you will need a credit card or debit card linked to PayNow in order to make purchases.

We are unable to accept cheques, bank transfers or layby options on any purchases.

Payment is charged to your PayNow account immediately.

All our items are shipped via DHL Global Mail to New Zealand. Shipping generally takes 10-20 days to arrive from order date.

$22 NZD per item

International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Brand House Direct cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Brand House Direct will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.

We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.

30 Day "No Hassle" Returns

We understand that buying shoes online can be difficult. This is why we offer a 30 day exchange or refund policy.

Once returned to us with original packaging and tags within 30 days of your purchase date, you have two options:

1. Exchange: You may pick another item from our range (of equivalent value) and we will send this to you at our cost. If the value of your exchange is more you will be required to pay the difference, if less you will be issued with store credit.
2. Refund: If you elect this option you will be refunded the item cost (which does not include the shipping paid) E.g. Item costs $139.95 shipping costs $15, total initially paid = $154.95. You will be refunded $ 139.95.

Are your items genuine and authentic? We only sell 100% genuine branded merchandise.

What size do I need? If you are unsure what size you need the best thing to do is grab a similar item, preferably in the same brand and check the item to estimate your size. We have included size conversion charts in our Trade Me store under: "Size Charts" to give you a guide as to what size you may need in different metrics. If you do purchase the wrong size you can always return your item as per our returns policy.

Can I come and pickup or try on an item? Currently we do not offer local pickup or fitting as we are based in Australia.

How long does it take to receive my exchanged item? We will process your exchange within 7 business days of receiving your return.

If I need to return an item, does it need to be in its original condition and packaging? Any item returned back to us must be sent back in THE SAME condition as received, unworn with all original tags and packaging such as shoebox. To us, the shoebox is just as important as the shoes themselves, as the item returned must be fit for sale again. We also recommend that you use a traceable postal service to send the item(s) back to us as we don’t take responsibility for items lost in transit.
