Important Note When Ordering We don’t have your vehicle physically in front of us, so we rely entirely on the information you provide and our catalogue system. To ensure accuracy, please include as much detail as possible—such as:

• Registration
• Make & model
• Year of manufacture
• Engine type
• VIN (Vehicle Identification Number)

Note: Variations in parts can occur across different models, so accurate information is essential.

Returns & Refund Policy

Change of Mind Refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases or if the item is simply “not what you expected.”

Incorrect Parts If we supply an incorrect part, we will first attempt to provide the correct item. If a replacement is not possible, the item must be returned in saleable condition, including:

• Original, undamaged packaging
• No writing or markings on the product or packaging
• Return postage prepaid by the buyer

Special order items are non-returnable.

Used or Damaged Items Items that have been fitted, used, or damaged are not eligible for a refund.

Shipping Fees Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return freight is the responsibility of the buyer.

Electrical Components Due to the nature of diagnostic fitting, electrical parts are non-returnable unless faulty. This ensures all customers receive unused, reliable components.

Warranty Policy Our standard warranty covers repair or replacement of faulty items, where possible. All warranty claims require the item to be returned to us for full assessment before a decision is made.

Consumer Guarantees Act We take our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) seriously and always aim to exceed the minimum legal requirements. Your satisfaction and rights as a consumer are important to us.
