Initially the purchase/pick up went well until it came to assembly, where we found the instructions weren't that easy to follow. Initial calls & emails for help & to check the correct hardware had been provided weren't followed up on when I needed the help. Things have been resolved as of today, however it was a bit of a stressful situation. Perhaps consider creating a few detailed assembly videos on your website to help the average non-tradie customers out.
