Warranty

On occasion, however, goods that are sealed within cartons are faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect from our supplier. If this occurs, you will need to contact us immediately via eBay "Contact seller" button. Should a product be faulty, we will supply you with a replacement product ordered by you once the faulty product has been returned to us in accordance with the returns guidelines. We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products. In the unlikely event that the product you purchased this year is faulty, we will happily replace it during the current Christmas season.

Shipping & Delivery

We endeavour to ship your products as quickly as possible. All endeavours will be made to ensure delivery is swift and within our delivery timelines. Our deliveries are fulfilled by Australian air express, Startrack, Australia Post and other carriers. All deliveries are default to deliver without the need for a signature and the carrier will endeavour leave delivery at a safe location. Should you require a signature please inform us of this.
