It can take up to 48 hours for transferred funds to clear. We will send the purchased item/s as soon as the payment has shown in our account.

Please note that payment/s made over the weekend may not show in our account until Tuesday morning; public holidays may also add an extra working day.

Usually courier delivery is within 2-5 working days. Large freight takes up to 5 working days. Rural delivery requires additional 2-3 working days. We will dispatch ASAP, but we can’t guarantee delivery times as we use a third party shipping company. So we can’t be liable for any loss, cost or expense caused by delay in delivery.

If the product is damaged in transit, please do let us know at your earliest convenience, we will get replacement parts supplied.

Returns:

It is the customer’s responsibility to return goods for any reason.

The Buyer must check the item/s immediately after purchase / delivery and report any transit damage of faults by email within 48 hours of receiving the items.

Contact must be made directly with us for approval prior to returning goods.

Original courier or transport charges are non-refundable.
