Payment is made securely via Ping through Trade Me using Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, or your Ping balance. Payment is processed instantly. If you do not have a Ping account, you can sign up at trademe.co.nz.

We are not able to accept any other methods of payment such as AfterPay on Trade Me.

Shipping Costs All orders are shipped from our Australian warehouses, with delivery costs calculated per item. We deliver to residential and business addresses, as well as PO Boxes. For multiple item purchases, we strongly recommend using the Trade Me Shopping Cart. This ensures the lowest possible combined shipping rate and allows you to see any delivery discounts before checkout. Please note that when ordering multiple items, your order may be dispatched in separate parcels, on different days, and via different freight providers.

Shipping Method Orders are dispatched on business days only via Australia Post or one of our trusted courier partners. All shipments are fully tracked, with tracking details available in your Trade Me Purchases dashboard once dispatched. Most carriers require a signature on delivery to ensure secure and successful delivery. We pack all orders carefully to ensure they arrive in brand new condition. Delivery timeframes provided by Trade Me or our carriers are estimates only. Cranky’s Performance cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by carrier delays. Pickup We do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouses.

Shipping Times Please refer to the delivery date estimate shown at the top of each Trade Me listing. Most orders are dispatched the same or next business day. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via Trade Me to follow your delivery. Estimated New Zealand delivery times:

• Major cities: 5 to 10 business days
• Regional and rural areas: allow additional time

Delivery Restrictions This Trade Me store ships to New Zealand addresses only. We do not currently ship to international Armed Forces addresses or freight forwarders. Orders are not dispatched from our Melbourne distribution centres on the following public holidays:

• Good Friday
• Easter Monday
• ANZAC Day
• King’s Birthday
• Friday before the AFL Grand Final
• Melbourne Cup Day
• Christmas Day

If your order is placed within two days of a public holiday, please allow up to an additional 5 business days for dispatch. Orders placed after 12:00pm on Fridays may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days. All orders are processed on the next available business day.

Exchanges & Returns We are happy to exchange items purchased online, provided they are returned in original condition - unopened, unused, and in unmarked packaging - and accompanied by proof of purchase (tax invoice, receipt, or packing slip).

Delivery charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind or incorrect selection. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To process an exchange, please include a note or message outlining the reason for return, the item you wish to exchange for, and a daytime contact number so our team can arrange the replacement (additional postage charges may apply).

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or with items missing, we will resolve it at no cost to you. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact our customer service team via

All returned goods must be approved prior to return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

We stand behind what we sell and will always work to sort genuine issues quickly and fairly.

Do you offer pickup? As we are based in Australia we cannot offer local pickup. All orders are shipped from our Australian warehouses direct to you.

Are prices negotiable? All prices listed in our Trade Me store are fixed. We do not offer price negotiation or bulk purchase discounts through Trade Me.

The price of an item has changed Prices are subject to change without notice and are listed in NZD. Any non-Australian currency conversions are approximate and based on current exchange rates. We regularly run sales, promotions, and clearance events in line with seasonal changes and product updates. Prices applicable at the time of purchase are final, and we are unable to honour previous pricing.

Can you hold an item for later payment? Payment is required immediately upon committing to purchase. We are unable to hold items for future payment.

How much is postage? Shipping costs are listed on each item and calculated based on size, weight, and delivery location.

Will international orders incur customs or duty charges? Trade Me Limited (GST No. 072-491-386) is responsible for collecting and returning GST on eligible orders. GST is paid at checkout and is not payable again upon import. Orders with a total value exceeding $1,000 NZD (excluding shipping) may be subject to additional customs charges, including import duties, entry transaction fees, and biosecurity levies. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. GST may also apply to these additional fees. If customs charges are refused, the parcel may be abandoned. We are not responsible for any resulting loss. We cannot mark items as gifts or alter declared values, as this is illegal.

When will my order be shipped? Orders are typically dispatched within one business day of payment. Any extended handling times are clearly noted in the listing. Deliveries occur Monday to Friday only. See our shipping page for more details.

How will I know when my order has shipped? Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Trade Me notification and an email containing your tracking details. Tracking information generally becomes active after 9:00pm NZST on the day of dispatch.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering? We are unable to change shipping addresses once an order has been placed, as orders are processed quickly. Please ensure your delivery address is correct in your Trade Me account before purchasing. If you believe there is an address error, contact us via Trade Me Messages immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will attempt to intercept the order where possible.

How do I return an item? Please refer to the Returns section in our Store Help menu for full return and exchange information.

My tracking shows the parcel has been delivered, but I cannot locate it All deliveries require a signature. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card with further instructions. If you are unable to locate your parcel or have delivery concerns, please contact us via Trade Me Messages and we will assist.

Warranty & Faults If a product arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours off delivery so we can promptly assess and resolve the issue. Where possible, a replacement will be supplied. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued

Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, modification, or abuse is not covered and will void any warranty.

Electrical items are excluded from warranty claims unless proof of installation by a registered motor industry professional is provided.

Warranty coverage applies to the product only and does not include labour, installation, removal, or associated costs.

All warranty claims are return-to-base. Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

A valid MTA-approved labour receipt must be supplied with all warranty claims where professional installation is required.

Cranky’s Performance is not liable for any injury, death, or damage to persons or property arising from the use, installation, or failure of supplied parts.

Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. Reconditioned carburettors have a 3-month warranty.
