When you make payment, make sure you use the auction number as the reference. Please include your name, address, contact number and auction number on the back of the cheque.

If you want us to deliver to you, please add freight. We will quote freight independently. Important:We don’t take any responsibility of any damage items after you receive shipment. Please check out condition of items before you sign on docket.

Our Christmas Holiday starts from 20/12/2020 and reopen on 05/01/2021 All the order received this period will be dispatched after 05/01/2021

We will replace or exchange if the item is:

• All items must be sent back and 100% brand new original condition.
• No partial returns will be accepted. We will refund payment less handling fees listed on the auction.

If we are unable to replace goods we will offer you a refund. We will not refund if:

• You simply change your mind
• Item was not what you expected or not what you imagined

Warranty:

The purchaser must keep the original invoice as proof of purchase. Incidental or consequential damages attributable to a product defect or to the repair or exchange of a defective product are excluded from our warranty. We cannot pay for plumbing costs or building costs etc if product is found to be faulty after installation.
