Carrier: All parcels and packages dispatched by Deals N Steals are shipped via Australia Post.

Packaging: To ensure the safe arrival of your items, we meticulously wrap and securely package them using bubble wrap, padded satchels, packaging foam peanuts, and heavy-duty cardboard boxes.

Tracking: All orders are shipped via Australia Post from Australia with tracked services. Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the progress of your order on the Australia Post website using the provided tracking number.

Shipping to New Zealand: Shipping costs to New Zealand are calculated based on the location and weight of the item(s) being delivered.

Possible Delays: Please be aware that occasional delays may occur due to factors such as weather, suppliers, or other unforeseen circumstances. We regret that these delays are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding. Periods of high demand, such as Christmas and Easter, may also experience delays.

Customs Law Disclaimer: As a customer, it is your responsibility to be informed about the customs laws of your country, especially regarding restricted items such as food. Customs duties may be applicable, and we do not issue refunds if products/packages are refused entry due to a country's laws, regulations, and restrictions. Please note that parcels may remain in customs for an extended time in some countries, leading to delays in delivery.

Returns Process:

Eligibility: For a return to be eligible, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Kindly be aware that specific items, including food, grocery, and pantry items, are not eligible for return. Please carefully consider your purchases, as our return policy does not accommodate returns based on a change of mind.

Initiate a Return: To begin the return process, kindly reach out to our customer service within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please provide your order number and specify the item(s) you intend to return and the reason for the return.

Return Authorisation: Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a return authorisation and detailed instructions on the next steps to proceed with the return.

Shipping your Return: Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return of your item, and these are non-refundable.

Processing your refund: After receiving and examining your return, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for a swift resolution – be it a replacement or refund, based on the issue. Your satisfaction is our priority.
