Please choose from urban or rural courier which are all tracked and sent by NZ couriers. I send parcels daily and items over $250 are sent by signed fully insured courier. I am happy to combine items for no extra charge. All items come with a box or pouch and are bubble wrapped. You will be sent a link when your parcel is shipped and I personally track all items. Should there be an issue I am happy to contact NZ couriers. I have never lost a parcel and have confidence in their high quality service

I am happy to receive returns on items with in 14 days. Please let me know if you wish to return an item. You will need to courier the item and a full ping or pay now refund will be actioned once the item reaches me.

Valuations and authenticity Valuations are supplied when possible but are expensive and not reliable for antique items. All items are sourced in New Zealand from professional companies and gems and metals tested for authenticity.

This is based on similar items sold online and for rare and antique items the rare nature and how desirable the item is will have an impact on its price. The value of Antique and Vintage jewellery items has gone up 400% in the last 5 years due to an increase in buying these items and the soaring cost of precious metals and gems. Please note that most items are unique handmade items and I cannot source them once they are sold.

Sizes, measurement and weights for jewellery

The sizes for rings are taken from either a valuation or rings are measured using a mandrel. If a band is thicker you will need to go up a size and I give sizes using the UK sizing system which is used by valuers. An accurate digital scale is used for weight and digital callipers for measurement.
