Really quick and efficiently trade, but when I received the drill it was missing the chuck key . I asked about them sending me the key or doing a small refund . They said they wanted me to send back the whole drill and get a refund. I explained I wanted the drill and only needed to be sent the chuck key that was in the pictures of the trade me add. They wouldn't budge and wanted the drill back. Sadly I cant give them a good/excellent as I normally would because of this issue

Bought a product from this company , was not advertised correctly. Did not do the job it was supposed to do. And the real pain was they never replied to my emails to try and rectify the problem , I've never given bad feedback but this is not good service . I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, sorry .
