We hope you love your new purchase! If something is not quite right, you can read below on how to exchange items within 30 days. Returned items must be brand new & unworn with original tags attached. If an item is faulty, we’ll meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Please note, we do not accept returns on all sale items.

Items must be clean, unworn and in a re-sellable condition, with original tags attached, and in the original box for shoes.

Please ensure your item is well packaged and no tape is on the shoe box or clothing.

If returning for a store credit or an exchange there is no additional cost, if returning for a refund there is a $7.50 handling fee that will be deducted from your refund.

Please note, certain items are not able to be returned unless faulty. This includes underwear, swimwear and final sale items.

To request an exchange you will need to email us and ask for a link to our exchange center along with your order number.

How long is shipping? - Usually, if your order is placed before 2pm Mon - Fri, it will be dispatched the same day. We allow 1-3 business days for delivery to nearly all of NZ. If you live in a rural delivery area, it may take a day or two longer. How do I know if my order has been shipped? - You will receive an email update when your order is on its way. How do I track my order? - You will be sent an email with your tracking details once your order has shipped. Click the tracking link in the email. How much does delivery cost? - Shipping is $5.99 for anywhere in the North Island and $7.99 for anywhere in the South Island - If you have a rural address it will be an extra $3
