After your purchase, you will receive an automatic payment instruction e-mail from us. If you have paid using Trademe payment options, please ignore the e-mail.

The full payment must be received within 5 days of the auction close date. Please e-mail us if you cannot do so, we will work things out for you. Otherwise, your order will be canceled automatically.

The bank transfer funds may take upto 24 hours to clear.

Trademe may hold and verify your credit card payment against credit frauds. Please contact them directly to clear the payment.

We allow longer terms layby; please ask us in our auctions.

As we operate online only, we generally do not allow pickup.

We offer combined shipping. Please leave a message in the auction and we will sort something out for you.

There is a surcharge for all Rural addresses, please choose the shipping option carefully. If the surcharge is not paid, we may hold your order until it’s paid. This does not apply to “Freeshipping” auctions.

Our courier service is non-signature required. Please let us know if you like the parcel to be signed.

We process orders from Mon-Fri, 5 days a week. Our general dispatch time frame is 24 – 48 hours during business days.

The target courier delivery timeframe is one business day for Urban address and 2-3 business days for Rural address. These targets are guidelines only and we can never guarantee on the actual delivery time frame. Once the parcel is out of our warehouse, it’s all up to the courier. However, we will do our best to assist our customers to speed up the process.

Change of mind Policy: We do not allow any return or refund if you have changed your mind or your circumstances have changed.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for the products we sell. We may repair, replace or refund any product in accordance with the Act if that product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet the standards imposed by the Act.

Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 we may repair, replace or refund any product that does not meet the standards set out in those Acts.

All customer service requests must be made via e-mail with your contact details, Trademe reference and summary of the issue.

To return a product, the customer needs to cover their postage and we will cover ours. All faulty products must be returned and inspected before any repair, replacement or refund. (Please note: We do take liability for damage or missing caused by inappropriate return of the item)

If the product is found faulty after inspection, we will repair, replace where possible. Where the options are not available, a full refund will be provided. The product will be returned to you at your expense if the product is found not defective.
