• We accept payments through Ping. Ping allows you to pay instantly for your purchases by credit or debit card or bank deposit on Trade Me.
• We now also accept payments using Afterpay.

Shipping Cost

All our products are shipped from Sydney Warehouse in Australia. We offer free shipping nationwide.

Shipping Times

• Most orders are dispatched on the next working day. We deliver via a tracked courier service - once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order with our delivery partner.
• Standard NZ delivery is 4-8 business days to major cities, with additional time for rural deliveries.
• Please allow additional delivery times of up to 5 business days, if your order is placed within two days of any public holidays.
• Some Restrictions: Express Shopper’s Trade Me store offers delivery within New Zealand only. We do not currently ship to international Armed Forces or Freight Forwarders.

30 DAY MONEY BACK RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with your item for whatever reason, simply return it to us for a replacement, exchange or refund. The item must be in its original packaging/condition for change of mind purchases, otherwise a 30% restocking fee may apply. We do not cover return shipping for change of mind purchases. A shipping and handling fee will be deducting depending on the weight of the item for all change of mind returns.

Please note that postage costs will not be refunded for change of mind. Please use the Contact us page to email us for assistance. Please make sure to contact us within 30 days if you have a faulty item and we will cover the return postage where necessary, we do not cover this outside 30 days of purchase.
