Shipping Timeframe:

We do our best to get your order to you in the fastest and the most cost-effective manner possible. The delivery timeframe for each product is displayed within the individual product description. Please note this varies from product to product. Rural Delivery Postal route should allow an additional up to 4 days longer for delivery.

Delivery Charges:

Delivery charges are based on a product weight and size. Delivery charges cover packaging and delivery. Delivery cost is shown on Shipping Options section.

Bulk order shipping:

Please also note that the shipping rates for bulk orders that we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilograms. Please contact us for your bulk order shipping options. We do not include a printed invoice with our deliveries. Invoices and other correspondences are sent via email to the purchaser. Please leave us an email address while you place an order.

Authority to leave parcels in a safe place:

Factory Host provides customers a convenient delivery option whereby parcels are left in a safe place at home without someone needing to be there to sign for the parcel.

If there isn’t a safe place to leave a parcel or if the weather is not permitting, the parcel is returned to the depot and a card is left in a letterbox for parcel collection later.

If you believe it is necessary for a product that you have purchased to be returned, please contact us before sending your order back to us as the processes we use are different depending upon your situation. If you don't contact us first it could delay your request or result in your claim being rejected. In all cases, proof of purchase will be necessary to process your request.
