Delivery Times We ship via NZ Post, NZ Couriers & Castle Parcels depending on the location/order – delivery typically takes between 1-3 business days to non-rural addresses (rural addresses add an extra day or 2).

Combined Shipping We are happy to combine shipping, please use the “Multiple Items” shipping options suitable for your area of NZ to get combined shipping. If you are not sure please ask a question or email us directly

PO Boxes We ship to PO Boxes nationwide via NZ Post.

We keep all our products in our own warehouse so you can rest assure you are not waiting for 3rd party shippers or long international delivery times.

Returns Policy If the item(s) you have purchased is not what you expected, we may accept it back as a return. Please contact us directly to enquire. If we accept an item back as a return it must be returned in the original unopened & undamaged packaging. Returns are accepted as per Consumer Guarantees Act.

Warranty/Faulty Item Returns If you have a problem with an item you have purchased from us and need to return it under warranty please firstly contact us directly and let us know details about the problem. We will then advise further the warranty return procedure for that particular product.

Are you New Zealand Based? YES! We are a 100% local kiwi business; all our products are stocked here in New Zealand.

Do you have a Retail Store? Our showroom is located in Silverdale & is open Monday to Thursday between 10-3 (excluding public holidays). You are welcome to come and view products prior to purchasing or to pickup your order.

How much is Shipping? The shipping price varies between order sizes and location. Typically you will pay not more than $20 for shipping within New Zealand but this may be less for local or smaller orders – PLUS if you spend over $200 shipping is FREE

How will I know when my order has been shipped? We will email you an order confirmation once we have your order packed and ready for the courier to pickup. You will also get another email with a tracking link once the parcel has been picked up and is on its way!

Are you able to change my shipping address? We process orders quickly, so if you notice you have sent us an incorrect delivery address please contact us immediately and we will try our best to re-address your order. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee we will be able to do this so please make sure you have the correct delivery addresses saved in your Trade Me account.

Do you offer Laybuy? If you want to pay your purchase off as a Laybuy then please use Afterpay at checkout, with Afterpay you will be able to pay your purchase off in 4 fortnightly payments & the order is shipped straight away. No waiting to pay it off in full!

I own a salon, do you do trade prices? Unfortunately we don’t offer trade prices through Trade Me, but please contact us directly as we can offer trade prices for bulk and professional businesses.

I have a problem with an item I have bought! Please contact us directly and let us know the problem, sometimes we can sort problems out over email but if not we will let you know the procedure for warranty.

Do you offer advice and instructions on your products? We do offer some product advice but as some of the produces we sell are professional use, this means if you don’t know how to use them you probably shouldn’t be buying them. If you have a question about a product please ask a question or contact us directly.

Do you ship internationally? We can ship some of our products internationally, but please contact us first to enquire.
