1. Local - We offer a delivery service for the Auckland region for a reasonable charge This is based on a truck/van and driver only so will require assistance in unloading and to take the items inside.
2. Courier - Smaller items can be sent by Fastways/Toll couriers We do not use NZ Post or other couriers. All items are carefully packaged to avoid damage. Our courier charge includes an allowance for packing and materials.
3. Out of Auckland deliveries-We use Streamline Transport or furniture moving company to ensure that you are getting the best shipping fee and the network covers your area. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes. Rural delivery will attract additional fees.

Courier delivery is usually within 3 working days. Large fragile freight could take up to 5 working days. Rural delivery could take additional 2-3 working days. Getting things delivered on time is important to us, but we can’t guarantee delivery time as we use a third party shipping company. So we can’t be liable for any loss, cost or expense caused by delay in delivery. If the product is damaged in transit, please DO NOT SIGN for the delivery and have the shipper return the goods to sender, contact us and we will arrange for an alternative unit to be delivered. On signing for the delivery, you have accepted that the product is in good condition.

WARRANTY:

All of our products carry a 12 month RTB warranty if not specially stated. We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse or abusing . RTB (Return to Base) means the buyer pays for returning goods to us, we will fix or replace and pay for sending it to the buyer.

If shipped by third party courier companies, we will resend at no extra cost.simply check the items when they deliver to you, we can get claimed within 7 days, or we will not be responsible if you find items are damaged after 7 days you received,

The warranty does not include the damage, worn, color change, fade and mold on upholstery, stitch, fabric, leather.

If you think you are the type of buyer with extra higher standard, we recommend you to buy from a local shop or come to check the furniture thoroughly before dispatching.

If items are damaged( which are still under warrant) the repair will be at our expense, but you need to arrange the shipping back to our main warehouse, our staff will check if damages are caused by misuse or abusing,we try our best to get them fixed, but please use furniture properly , be attention on max weight limit.

The Consumer Guarantees Act doesn't apply to goods usually used for commercial use.

REFUND:

For a full refund the goods must be returned in a original package as received by the purchaser. Please choose your purchases carefully as we do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind. For furniture we recommend that you check dimensions to ensure they are the right size for your space and access doorways before purchase., courier and shipping costs are not refundable unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect.

If you are exchanging for an item, which you paid for shipping on, your shipping fees will not be refunded. Additionally, if the requested exchange item has shipping fees, you will be responsible for those as well.

All refund will be refunded by internet transfer into the provided account
