You order will be dispatched the next business day after payment has been received. If you wish to collect you will be notified once payment is received that collection may take place.

For couriered items I use the larger companies and signature will be required. If no one is present a card will be left advising of pick up options of the courier company.

Tracking details will be sent to you.

I do not deliver overseas or to PO Boxes.

I will fulfil my obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. If a mistake is made from our end [ we are only human after all] please contact me directly so that we can rectify it.

All sales are final unless items are defective. Change of mind or a refund because you don’t like it will not result in a refund.
