Time Frames

Our dispatch process would generally take 1-2 business days to complete, and your order will be on its way to you from there. We can never guarantee on actual delivery time frame and ETAs are based on top of dispatch process. If you need to make any changes, it needs to be made within 30 minutes after payment, as otherwise your order could be dispatched already and would be hard to change details from there.

Delivery

We would be using Post Haste couriers most of times with non-signature delivery and for over-sized or over-weight order, it will go with freight companies like Streamline Freight or Toll – you would be required to provide a best contact number especially if your order is going to be delivered by freight. Sorry, we don’t accept PO BOX, parcelpod, and any other non-physical addresses at the moment; we also DO NOT accept Waiheke Island, and any other Island addresses. If your order consists both general and overweight item, then it may get dispatched separately with both courier and transport carrier hence may have multiple tracking numbers and delivery time frames.

Rural Deliveries

Courier rural deliveries would take extra 1-2 business days; and freight deliveries would be to your nearest delivery depot. Please check with our Customer Service Team to confirm the depot location to arrange pickup from there.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for the products we sell. We may repair, replace or refund any product in accordance with the Act if that product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet the standards imposed by the Act.

All HomeMart products carries a 90 days return-to-base warranty!

CHANGE-OF-MIND

• The returning item/s must be in an unused, unopened condition with original packaging and accessories and are 100% suitable for resale.
• Refund issued will be excluding shipping
• Change-of-mind returning condition does not apply to products such as edible products, products that in relation of personal hygiene, fragrances, skin care, cosmetics, personalized products; also does not apply on free shipping promotional products and clearance products.
• A product cannot be returned if it has been engraved, modified, damaged, altered, or re-sized.

DOA / DAMAGED / INCORRECT ITEM

HomeMart is trading upon good faith and in cases where product isn’t received being functional, we are happy to honour our obligations to you under both the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1996.

Upon receiving your order and in cases such as Dead On Arrival (DOA)/ damaged in transit or incorrect item received, you are required to contact us as soon as you can and give us a chance and reasonable time frame to make things right for you.

• You will be required to provide us images and description of the item/s involved within 30 days upon receiving shipment.
• We will not accept any return without prior approval from our Customer Service Team.
• Warehouse will reject unauthorised returns on their site and sorry we won’t be responsible for shipping for unauthorized returns
• Please note that we may require you to demonstrate the problem and we do reserve the right to test on the returned product which please kindly allow up to 3-4 working days to process
• Please note that if you have damaged or disposed the original packaging or have not included the accessories that originally came with the product, only a partial refund will be granted
• In the case of approved refund, it will be issued either as PayNow Refund or direct credit bank transfer to original purchaser.

Can I pick up?

Unfortunately at this stage we do not offer pick ups, drop offs or meet ups and we do not have a showroom or a physical retail store.

Do you have a phone number I can contact you on?

HomeMart aim to operate fully online basis, to cut sales person and operational cost, in order to offer nominal price on our products. Hence we do not have a contact number at the moment.

Will I receive a Tax Invoice with my purchase?

Yes! You could request that from our Customer Service team or you will find this invoice enclosed in an envelope on your parcel upon arrival.

Can I combine shipping?

You sure can for small items, our general rule of thumb for combined shipping is you will pay full postage for the item with the highest freight with additional charge applied. Just buy now one item then contact us and our customer support team will make arrangements for you.

Please note, larger items will have different combined shipping rates or cannot be combined at all.

Do you offer layby?

Unfortunately, we do not offer layby however we do offer AfterPay for most of our listings.
