Also, the item was shipped only after I questioned tracking number. To make amends, you sent 6 pairs instead of 3. Shipping from China, not Australia. However, unfortunately, I will not recommend your business.

It wasn't picked up until I complained on 31 January that the parcel had been consigned 8 days previously on 23 January but not picked up. Customer services replies promptly to emails asking for patience but the last tracking update showed the goods had been delivered yesterday - I was home all day
