We accept cash, Eftpos, Mastercard, and Visa for store pickups. We do not process Mastercard and Visa card payments over email, phone or fax.

Payment instructions are automatically sent to winning bidders, containing bank account details and pickup address.

We accept Trade Me’s Pay Now or ping System using your pre-registered Credit Card. You can also do bank deposit. Please follow the instructions on our payment email and remember to include the Trademe purchase reference number.

You just need to pay shipping for one item when multiple items are purchased. We offer free combined shipping when two or more items are purchased at the same time. Just simply add all items to cart, pay ONLY one shipping for the item with the highest shipping price, then choose free combined shipping for the rest of the items ( Applicable only for single order or single payment ). *Conditions may apply to combine shipping & free shipping policy for some products.

The customer may only return products if JA Building Supplies Limited has agreed to a return. Faulty products can be returned at the cost of us. Otherwise all returned products must be in good conditions and packeging not damaged. All such returns must be within 3 months from the date of purchase and will be subject to a handling charge equal to 20% of the cost of the goods, with freight costs and risk remaining the responsibility of the customer.
