Listing #5371071063Damaged on arrival no manual provided. Item sold as a 3 tonne scissor lift but plated as 2.7 tonne. Contacted seller, wrong sticker fitted by factory! Replacement part would be sent. $200 refund. Manual emailed, incorrect. Further email to seller. Correct manual, product plated as 2.7 tonne. Product should have been described correctly. Seller prompt in replying emails but knowledge of product should have been better. Numerous complaints to get correct manual.
