We check for on-line orders regularly throughout the day. When we receive an order we pack and dispatch as quickly as we can via Courier Post. Orders are shipped week days only – unfortunately couriers don’t collect in the weekends.

Shipping within NZ (Overnight) is $4.

You will receive and email from us with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Should you have any shipping queries about your order, please first try looking on-line following the link emailed to you with your tracking number. If there is no joy there, please call Courier Post directly on 0800 COURIER. If still no joy, please call our helpful LoveMy Makeup team on 09 526 5530 9am to 6pm, 7 days and they will be able to help you.

100% customer satisfaction is one of the reasons that LoveMy Makeup is so successful. So yes of course, should you purchase something from us that just happens to be completely not what you wanted, we are happy to take the product back and offer a credit as long as it is unopened and unused, and you have emailed us within 7 days of order. Freight back to us is at your cost.

Why is LoveMy Makeup so inexpensive?

We don't like to think of ourselves as inexpensive rather that makeup in NZ is expensive!

To help keep our prices down we parallel import in bulk lots cutting out the huge margins from middlemen. Our clever buyers source goods overseas in bulk lots such as when manufacturers are clearing overstock, end of line products, change of packaging and similar reasons! We also buy from large chain stores overseas that may have over stock problems or may just be changing their product range. In both cases these suppliers are looking for someone like us to come in and buy everything for one bulk price.

How do I know that your products are genuine and not fakes?

It is illegal to sell fake or counterfeit goods in New Zealand.

We only buy from well known, trusted sources and we are confident our suppliers are legitimate businesses. We are that confident our products are genuine we offer you a 100% no questions asked, money back guarantee.

And remember, LoveMy Makeup is not someone selling out of their basement. We have been around for many years and have 8 retail stores throughout NZ, plus a big warehouse. We are a company you can trust.

I Live in a Rural Delivery Zone. Can you deliver to me?

Yes – definitely.

Can you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes – we use Courier Post so PO Boxes are OK.

How quickly will I get my order?

If we receive your order before 3pm, we will dispatch it that day which means that you should get it the next working day (orders over the weekend only get collected on Monday so you should see them Tuesday). Rural Delivery may take longer.
