We can ship New Zealand wide at the buyer’s cost. In addition, we allow for the buyer to collect their purchase from onsite. Purchased items can be collected during our business hours:

Monday – Friday (08:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Saturday (08:00 AM – 02:00 PM)

Please note:

• Delivery time depends on the location.
• Generally, within the North Island delivery time is 1-2 working days
• South Island delivery time is 2-4 working days.
• Overnight booking is available at extra cost.
• We do not ship fragile and flammable items such as windscreen and batteries …
• If the purchase is made via TradeMe, tracking details should be sent automatically to the buyer’s provided email address; otherwise, tracking details can be provided if asked for.
• Delays are expected in peak season i.e., in Decembers due to Christmas and New year and parcels volume surge.

Warranty & Return Policy

• Until not fully paid, the item remains the property of Mega Auto Parts ltd.
• All goods come with 20 days warranty
• Warranty void if purchased item is damaged, modified or in any shape or form altered.
• 20% handling fees deduction applies on all returned goods. However, we can provide the replacement provided that the freight is paid by the buyer.
• If delivery address is different from the one provided on TradeMe, we must be notified as soon as the purchase is made.
• We can issue refund if we are notified within maximum seven days of the purchase and the good returned no later than 10 days.
• Please email us to resolve any dispute prior posting a negative or neutral feedback, we consider any transaction finalized once negative feedback is posted.
• It is to be noted that every returned part will go through our assessment and warranty is void if the product is found damaged due to improper installation, misuse or alteration.
