Out of Stock and Backorders While we do everything we can to make sure our stock levels are accurate at all times there may be occasions due to unforeseen circumstances where we are unable to fulfil your order or source a replacement product. If this should occur, we will contact you and offer either a store credit for the value of your purchase or a full refund.

If you spend $199.00 or more with Motozone, we’ll ship your order FREE! Under $199.00, It's $7.99 for Residential or $12.99 for Rural. This is for all nationwide deliveries to your home, business or Post Office Box address.

Combined Shipping Yes, we can combine shipping on items ordered from our Motozone Trade Me Store.

Shipping Method We use Courier Post and Aramex Couriers to deliver orders. When we dispatch your order to you, an email confirmation will be sent. If possible, the item will be left in a secure location at the address specified. The tracking details will be on the invoice.

Shipping Times Most orders are dispatched on the same day or next working day. We deliver via a tracked courier service - once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order with our delivery partner.

Standard NZ delivery is 2-3 business days to major cities, with additional time for rural deliveries.

Restrictions Motozone's Trade Me store offers delivery within New Zealand only.

Pick-ups You are most welcome to come to our store to pick up purchases. As we are a busy store, it may be beneficial to notify us in advance. This way we can have your item ready for you.

Is Motozone a New Zealand Company? Yes we are, Motozone launched in 2012 as New Zealand First Online Motorcycle Superstore. Our Warehouse and Showroom is located in the Mighty Waikato.

Can I return an item? If you receive your order and its not what you were after, simply give us an email contact@motozone.co.nz we will email you the returns form. Full it out and send the item back to us within 30 days in the condition that you received it, and we will happily process refund. The goods must be returned new, unused, unaltered, not previously installed, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging. The customer is responsible for any costs incurred in the return of any items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I exchange an item? The best way to secure an exchange item is to simply reorder what you need and we can ship it to you ASAP. Then you can simply return the first item back for a refund. Another option, simply give us an email contact@motozone.co.nz and we will email you the exchange form. Send the item back to us and we can process the exchange once we receive it back. The goods must be returned new, unused, unaltered, not previously installed, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging. The customer is responsible for any costs incurred in the return of any items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How long will my order take to arrive? In most cases shipping is overnight however can take 2-3 days depending on time/day the order was placed. If you are rural please allow a couple days extra. We can ship to your place of work.

What couriers do you use? Most of our orders are shipped with Courier Post and Aramex, however your order can be shipped with Post Haste, New Zealand Couriers, PBT, Castle Parcels, Toll or Main Freight.

Are all the products on Trade Me in the showroom? Not all the products listed on Trade Me are in our showroom, however we can get them in for you to try on or to have a look at. Please contact us and we can get it underway. If you wish to collect please contact us first to ensure we have the item instore, if we don’t we are able to get it underway for you.

Are all the items shipped from your warehouse? Not all the items are shipped from our warehouse, We have third-party warehouses that we can ship items from they are located in Auckland, Hamilton, New Plymouth and Christchurch.

Can you order products that are not on Trade Me? Yes, we have the largest range of Motocross Gear, Protective Gear, Bike Parts and Accessories in the country. However, if you have a specific product that you're looking for which we do not have listed then let us know and we'll do our best to find it for you.

What size am I? We often get asked by our customers how to choose the right size, which is a really tricky question to answer! We are all different shapes and sizes and brands won't fit the same for everyone. The only way to guarantee the correct fitment is to try it on! For peace of mind, we do offer a 30-day return or exchange policy. Most of our products have size guides, however if there is not one listed, please get in touch and we will hunt it down for you.

Any goods purchased from Motozone can be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange.

The goods must be returned new, unused, unaltered, not previously installed, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging.

This right of return will not cover items that are special orders and found to be an incorrect fit, this is the responsibility of the purchaser, however all other standard warranties will apply.

For the returns process contact or phone Motozone with your invoice number and the reason for return. We will then email you the correct form for processing.

Warranty All the products we sell are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty service. Any goods for possible warranty replacement must be returned to us with proof of purchase for warranty assessment and inspection. Items covered under manufacturer’s warranty will be repaired or replaced. Shipping is not covered under any warranty. Any Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hrs of receipt quoting invoice number, courier tracking number. This can be made by e mail or phone, with digital image showing damage. We will endeavour to remedy all disputes within 14 days of notification. Postage on goods found to be damaged during delivery will be covered by Motozone. Hard parts (engine parts, electrical parts) must be fitted by a certified motorcycle technician.

Feedback Request If there is any problem with your order, please send us an email us or call 07 870 2389 with a detailed description. If possible, please attach a photo so we can identify the cause of problem more easily. We appreciate if you can email us firstly before placing unpleasant feedback, so we can sort out the problem for you.

Under no circumstances will we pass your details on to a third party, and all information supplied is considered private and confidential.
