As soon as you’ve won an auction, or clicked Buy Now on one of our products, you will receive an email from Trade me containing our payment instructions. If you are making payment directly into our bank account, please ensure you use your Trade Me reference number, this is the number starting with a ‘P’.

Alternatively, you can use the Pay Now or Ping payment functions within Trade Me to make payment. This is the quickest way to get payment to us, and generally means we can start processing your order right away.

We can also accept cash should you choose to collect your order from us.

Please note, we do not have Eftpos on site.

Once your payment has been received, we will dispatch your order the same or next business day.

We use Fastway Couriers for deliveries. Please allow 2-5 business days from the date of order for delivery, and a bit longer for rural deliveries, or during peak times such as Christmas. We will always endeavor to deliver our products on time, every time.

Please remember to let us know if you have any special instructions for your delivery while you are placing your order.

Our Trade Me store is managed Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm. We are closed weekends and public holidays. Please let us know if you intend to collect your order, so we can ensure it is ready for collection when you arrive.

All emails and questions will be responded to within 1 business day, during the above hours. Keep an eye on your spam mail too, as our replies could end up there.

We will follow all warranty terms as specified by the manufacturers of our products. Full documentation to show proof of purchase must be supplied. We will exchange/refund the damaged or faulty product to the same value/model purchased. Simply contact us by telephone or via email.
