The lights are all from well known brands within NZ and fully comply with all NZ and Australian Regulations. A Statutory Declaration of Compliance (SDoC) is available for all light fittings on request.

The orders are delivered from Auckland. The sales office is located in Christchurch and Halcyon brand products are delivered from either Auckland or Christchurch.

If it is not specified on the listing all items sold have a minimum guarantee of one year for use within NZ. This does not apply to light bulbs.

Shipping

The goods are delivered by courier.
The delivery times are expected to be next working day in the North Island and two working days in the South Island.

Rural Delivery will add another working day.Delivery can only be made to a physical address.

Couriers cannot deliver to a Post Office Box.Please make sure your delivery address includes a Postcode and a phone number so that the driver can contact you if there is a problem.

Please check the lights for damage when they are delivered and let us know of any problem as soon as possible. Claims made weeks or months later are not covered by transit insurance and may not be accepted.
