Order Processing:

• Fast Dispatch: All orders are processed and dispatched same or next business day of payment confirmation.
• Shipping Days: We ship Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Time Frames:

• Standard Delivery: Most orders arrive within 1-2 business days.
• Rural Delivery: Please allow some additional days for rural areas.

Shipping Methods:

• We use reliable couriers with tracked shipping to ensure safe delivery.
• Signature Required/Non-Signature: Small orders are generally sent via non-signature delivery. If you prefer signature-required delivery, please contact us after placing your order.

Tracking Information:

• Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and courier details to monitor your order’s journey.

Pick-ups by Appointment:

• After payment, you’ll receive a link to our online booking system.
• We are open during week days Mon-Friday 9:30am-4:25pm (Excluding Public Holidays)
• You must schedule your collection slot within 7 days of payment.
• Missed or un-booked appointments without prior notice may result in order cancellation and refund (less any fees).
• Please present your TradeMe purchase reference number or order confirmation email when you collect.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a straightforward returns policy.

• 14-Day Returns: If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Products must be in original, unused condition with packaging (no address labels on packaging). We will charge 10% re-stocking fee in "Change of Mind" return cases.
• Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
• For Defective or Damaged Items: Buyer must share photographic or video evidence to support their claim before we can assess the situation and offer applicable solutions in compliance with NZ trading laws.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: For all returns, please email us with your order number and details.
2. Return Shipping: Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is returned and inspected.

Important Notes:

• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Returns outside of the 14-day period may require a warranty claim.

• You can cancel or change your order before it is processed for dispatch. After dispatch, cancellations are not possible, but you can return items in new, unused condition for a product price refund or exchange.
