If we are unable to replace goods we will offer you the choice of a credit or a refund. Refunds will not be offered if are buyer unreasonable Request All goods returned are has been used Item subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. No refund for second hand and used products on sale. Refunds will not be offered if buyer changes their mind, or if item is 'not what you expected'. All items must be returned to us for full assessment before a refund will be issued.

Product warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse. Refer to relevant description for more details about warranty.
