We use exclusively the services of New Zealand Post/Courier Post. When we dispatch our item to you an email confirmation will be sent.

Shipping times

Standard delivery time within New Zealand is two - three business days. Most orders are dispatched on the same working day, if placed before 3 p.m. Restrictions.

Currently we offer TradeMe delivery within New Zealand only.

Packages do not ship from our distribution Centre in Christchurch on the following holidays:

Change of Mind Policy.

We strongly encourage you to buy the correct product to start with. EV Owners, in particular, often buy the wrong products. Type 1 is for Japanese used cars. Type 2 is for “New Zealand new” cars in general. If you are not sure, please call us.

You have all rights, as legislated for in New Zealand consumer Law.

Returns

Please return the item to

The item must have a note with the return reason and preferably a copy of the TradeMe sale.

Please use a courier service, do not return to our PO Box, we will not refund original delivery chargers for a change of mind purchase. It is your responsibility to return the item to us in a safe way. We are not responsible for items being returned to us which are damaged in transit to us or lost in transit.

How much does delivery cost?

We calculate the delivery cost based on the weight of your order. The average cost is $30 but this will depend on your order

Can I pay for overnight or express deliveries?

Unfortunately, not, at this current time we only have one freight option available.

How will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered to your door by Courier Post this can be a residential, PO Box or business address.

How long will my order take?

If you are in a residential area, please allow 2 – 5 business days for your order to be processed and delivered to you. For rural areas, please allow a further 1 – 2 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

We only deliver to addresses within New Zealand for TradeMe sales

My item arrived damaged - what should I do?

If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please call 0508 636 283 to discuss the issue and work out an appropriate solution.

I received the wrong product - what should I do?

Please call 0508 636 283 and explain that you have received an incorrect item. For EV owners please double check before purchasing. Our team will work with you to discuss the issue and come to an appropriate solution.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a Trade Me purchase to the OEM Audio store?

Yes, you can return to us in person, please bring the TradeMe Reference.

How do I get the order back to you?

Returns can be sent from your nearest Post Office. To ensure that the item arrives in original condition, it is important that the packaging used is robust enough to protect the item. For all returns that relate to a “Bought the wrong thing” postage must be paid by the returnee and will not be refunded. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and retain this to enable you to track your return. Please also include our returns form that is available on our website's downloads page.

Where do I send my return?

Will you refund my delivery charge if I change my mind?

We’ll refund you what you paid for your product(s) but not the delivery charge, unless the order was faulty or incorrect.
