Payment instructions are automatically sent to all winning traders after the auction has closed.

If you do not receive an email from us with payment instructions please check your junk mail.

We accept credit card payments with TradeMe pay now, Ping, Afterpay or bank deposit.

It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with every item that you purchase from. We understand that there may be times when you will need to return a product that you have purchased from us, and we aim to make this process as easy and hassle free as possible!

You are entitled to a refund, replacement or credit from petmall. You can choose to either exchange the product or get your money refunded or as store credit. Our policy allows returns for up to 14 days from the purchase date.

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, flavour or colour etc then you will need to organise and pay for the shipping costs associated with the return. We will cover the return shipping costs of any product we have sent out in error or was faulty.

To return an item, it must be in unused condition and not expired, and in the original packaging with tags still attached. If it fails to meet these conditions then we will not process a refund or credit.

We cannot refund bags of food or treats that have been opened, unless it falls under the palatability guarantee.

If you have queries, please do not hesitate to contact us before placing neutral or negative feedback. Most concerns can be resolved quickly to everyone’s satisfaction. Give us the opportunity to make things right for you.

Pickup

Pick up can be done from the store in 5 Wade River Road (Next To The Plaza) ,Manly, Whangaparaoa OR 26 Birkenhead Avenue, Birkenhead. We open 7 days. We accept cash, eftpos or credit card upon pick up.

GST Invoice:

We are GST registered and able to provide a GST invoice if required at the time of purchase.

Combined Shipping:

We offer combined shipping on multiple auction (except $1 reserves). Combine postage(with Highest postage Paid) it means when you buy more than one order on the same day if you have already paid one time shipping fee we will combine shipping for you only charge you one time shipping fee.

Delivery:

Once your payment has been received we will post it as soon as possible. Orders can be expected by courier within 1-7 working days from date of payment. We process orders every week day (public holidays excluded).

If you find after 7 working days your item has not shown up – please let us know.
