They kept saying they're sure it'll be there soon but had no idea. Put me off several times when I tried to get a refund. Convinced me to wait longer and did give me a token refund for the delay and responded when prompted, but now it's been even longer with no sign of delivery. Haven't given me a full refund. Avoid and order elsewhere. May change feedback if I get a full refund.
