TERRIBLE trader! Automated responses or ignoring requests. Filed dispute but Trademe not very helpful there so stuck with item. Don’t trade with these guys. This is in answer to your post about not reading delivery time - it said 2-4 weeks and I asked you if you could do it in the 2 weeks window as I was buying it for my grandkids who were only going to be here for a short time. You sent automated messages and ignored my request to cancel the order as you weren’t responding to my emails .

Bought and paid for on 8th Dec, still seen nothing, have sent 2 emails now and both are an automatic reply with no follow ups, be aware - not the most reliable trader!!!!

Our campera windows arrived yesterday, My husband installed them straight away, excellent windows , just one thing if you ordering them, order left and right opening. My clever husband pull one apart so we didnt have wait for the right opening as they shipped out Australia. Excellent communication from paradiselifesty definitely buy from them again.

BAD SELLER, BEWARE!!! Items never arrived and never heard from the seller. They respond with an automated email. I filled a dispute, but nothing from that either.

trade went ok, communication could have been better, delivery took a while, but it was a difficult time year. I probably would trade again. cheers

Great communication through the whole shipping process. Assembly tools were budget. Product is made with a soft light weight wood, had I seen the product at an outlet store assembled I would not have purchased it. Several of the bolt holes were missing the locking thread. Pretty average quality, I suspect it will be in the local skip within 12 months.

Purchased 5 Dec. Even with incorrect address labelling on first shipment, not received until 19 January. Just as well we have had a fair bit of rain.

Have emailed them - have contacted trademe - not a happy customer that’s for sure - haven’t heard from anyone ?? could of spent my nearly $100 on the grandchildren
