Getting your Gifts and Homeware out quickly is our absolute priority and we have a courier collection twice daily at approx 10am & 3pm. Your order will be picked and packed as soon as possible to ensure you get it as quickly as possible. Most orders leave the same day you ordered unless there is a delay or pre order. Parcels are delivered Monday to Friday.

Once your order is despatched our normal expected delivery timelines:

AUCKLAND & HAMILTON DELIVERIES: 12-24 HOURS ALL OTHER NORTH ISLAND DELIVERIES: 24 HOURS SOUTH ISLAND DELIVERIES: 48 HOURS

Please remember over peak seasons there can be delays so we recommend getting your order in as early as possible to prevent any disappointment.

New Zealand orders are all sent using Aramex couriers and as soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email notifying you it has been shipped with the tracking number. To track your parcel go to http://www.aramex.co.nz and enter the tracking number.

If you are not going to be home to receive the parcel we recommend getting it delivered to your workplace or to a residence where someone will be there to receive it.

LARGE ITEMS Where you are ordering large items & furniture we have a standard $145 fee but we may need to offer a quote if the item is much less or much more than that.

RURAL DELIVERY We happily deliver to rural addresses for an additional $5. Please note that these orders may take 1 to 4 days extra to arrive outside our normal expected delivery timeframe.

PO BOX DELIVERIES Please note we do not offer a service delivering to PO Boxes.

CLICK & COLLECT Combine the convenience of ordering online and the flexibility of picking it up at a time that suits you during the business day. As long as the items you have ordered are in stock we will notify you within 4 hours of you placing the order advising your order is ready to go and you can just drop into the store located on Garden Lane in the Botany Town Centre and pick it up. Simply place your order and select ‘PICKUP' When collecting please give your name & order number.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS We offer International shipping to Australia only for small to medium goods – large goods can not be shipped internationally. International orders are shipped via Aramex Couriers.

ARAMEX COURIER: $28.00 Please note we cannot ship large items internationally and any large items will be refunded. Our prices do not include import fees, duties, tariffs, taxes or other import charges which may be payable in other countries. So please be aware that your order may incur these additional charges which the recipient will be responsible for paying.

CHANGE OF MIND Change of mind or wrong fit etc is no problem with the RAPT easy Return Service. As part of the RAPT service we want you to feel comfortable to purchase knowing you can return an item if you are not happy. You are welcome to return the item to us for a store credit or exchange to the total value of the item/s returned excluding freight. Please note we do not offer refunds.

To return an item simply:

1. Email the store on info@raptonline.co.nz & advise of the return & if you would like an exchange or store credit.
2. Package your item/s with all original tags and packaging and pop a copy of your email in the parcel.
3. Post to RAPT, 21 GARDEN LANE, BOTANY TOWN CENTRE, AKL 2013
4. We will ship your exchange FREE of charge or email you with your store credit code. Please allow a few days for delivery and return. (your store credit is valid for 6 months)

We do not offer Refunds as part of our return policy so please ensure you are happy with your purchases or open to an exchange or store credit.

• All returns must be sent within 10 days of receiving the item/s. With limited stock our lines change frequently so returns must be handled quickly. Anything received outside of 10 days will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
• The item/s must be in original condition with all tags or packaging. Item/s returned without this will not be accepted.
• Shipping returns is at your cost however if you want to exchange for an alternative items we will ship that out at our cost. We recommend when sending returns that you freight on a tracked method of shipping as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS SENT In the case you receive faulty or incorrect item/s please email and we will discuss with you the best course of action to remedy the issue. We will honour our responsibilites under the Consumer Guarantees Act and this gives the option for items that are faulty to be Repaired or Replaced and if neither can take place then a Refund or alternate product may be offered.

WARRANTY RETURNS POLICY We will adhere to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which states your rights under a set of guarantees that automatically apply between RAPT Ltd and the customer when a purchase is made.
