Payment instructions are automatically sent to you within a few minutes of auctions finishing and we ask that payment is made in full within 3 working days. Please ensure that you include the exact auction number on all bank deposits to avoid confusion. Your purchase will normally be dispatched the same day as we receive payment

Payment methods:

Internet Banking / Direct Credit: Full Payment Instructions are automatically emailed to all customers. Credit Card via Pay Now, Afterpay or Ping: Available via Trade Me for all items we sell. EFTPOS / Credit Card / Cash on pickup: Available at our showrooms. Please let us know if you are going to pick up your order so we can make sure we have it ready for you. Note: We don’t accept cheques, Amex, Diners Cards or American Express.

Layby: Layby available on items over $800.00. Please enquire by asking a question on the auction.

GST Tax Invoices: We are a registered company, so a GST Tax Invoice is supplied with all purchases.

All our products are delivered FREE anywhere in NZ – including rural delivery!!

We strive to get your new products to you as fast as possible.

Items over 25kg are sent on Mainfreight or PBT, packaged and strapped to pallets.

Delivery times for these products are:

South Island

1-2 day delivery to; Nelson, Christchurch, Marlborough 2-3 day delivery to the rest of the south Island

North Island:

1-2 delivery to all main centres 2-4 days for delivery to rural towns and areas.

Items less than 25kg are sent on Post Haste Couriers.

Delivery times for these products are:

South Island:

1-2 days delivery

North Island

1-2 days delivery

Rural delivery

Rural delivery to any area in New Zealand takes an extra 1-4 days for freight and courier items, if you want your products urgently we suggest you get them delivered to a non rural address or alternatively you can pick up from the courier/freight depot.

These quotations of delivery are estimates and are made in good faith. Riequip shall not be bound by them.

All goods returned, must have prior approval from Riequip.

Returns of non-faulty items require proof of purchase and goods must come back to us in unused, resaleable condition in original packaging with all manuals and accessories.

Goods can only be return for a refund within 21 days of purchase date.

Returned items must include the name and details of the purchaser, and the original invoice number.

Shipping charges for returned purchases (excluding damaged or incorrect orders) will not be refunded, and returned goods will be at purchaser's risk until received by Riequip.

In the case of a credit card refund - the refund will only be made to the same credit card used in the original purchase.

If your item is faulty this policy does not apply, instead you will be eligible for remedy under the warranty policy.

We offer a minimum 12 month parts and labour warranty on all products. Some items or parts have up to 5 years warranty.

We will repair or replace faulty goods within their warranty period. Exception may be made in the case of damage to or misuse of the item, problems caused by the use or misuse of the items, negligent operation, inadequate maintenance or unauthorised repairs and modifications.

Warranty returns must first be approved by Riequip. Our team of experts will organise a suitable solution for you depending on the issue. In the case of repair you will be required to return the unit to one of our service agents. We will then repair or replace the item and get it back to you within a reasonable timeframe.

At Riequip most engine powered products are given a thorough pre-delivery test. This ensures when you receive an engine powered product from us it is ready for action!!

The Process

1 The product is unpacked and given thorough check for any freight damage etc.

2 Engine is filled with oil

3 Product is given test run, this process varies between different products some examples are;

• Checking starting ability
• Min & max rpm
• Volts on generators
• Ensure engine is tuned correctly

4 Once the testing has been completed fuel is drained from engine and fuel system purged with compressed air.

5 Product is packaged and shipped on Post Haste Couriers or Mainfreight right to your door!!
