1 Delivery

a Rolan Australia offers customers the option to select Standard or Express delivery of products ordered on the Rolan Australia TradeMe store. b It is the customer’s responsibility to provide all relevant information regarding the delivery address and to ensure that the information provided is correct. c If the customer provides incorrect information, Rolan Australia reserves the right to refuse delivery of the goods, or to require the payment of any additional fees associated with delivering the goods to the correct premises. d If there is any expense, cost, loss or damage suffered by Rolan Australia as a result of incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer will be liable for payment of that expense, cost, loss or damage. e We recommend you immediately inspect the goods delivered to you, to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality and match the description provided to you. if any goods have been incorrectly delivered to you, we will offer a re-delivery service and pick up at no cost to you. If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will then arrange for the goods to be brought back to us for inspection. f We reserve the ultimate discretion for the assessment and outcome of any goods that are brought back to us under Clause (1f) above.

2 Authorised to Leave (ATL) Disclaimer a It is the customer’s choice as to whether Rolan Australia receives ATL permission. If the customer gives Rolan Australia ATL permission, our carrier may have authority to leave goods at the customer’s nominated premises. Once goods are delivered to the customer’s nominated premises, we are not responsible for any goods that are damaged and/or stolen at the premises. b It is the customer’s choice as to whether Rolan Australia receives ATL permission. c Clauses (2a) and (2b) above also apply if the customer gives express or implied authority for another person to deal with Rolan Australia and this other person authorises Rolan Australia to leave goods at premises. Implied authority in this case may include, but is not limited to, the customer passing on their details, tracking number etc., to another person and/or falling to take all reasonable steps to ensure safe receipt of the goods at the nominated premises.

1. Refunds and Returns

. Rolan Australia will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns if notified later than this period. a. Only unused products are eligible for return. b. Returns must be requested in writing. Items must be completely repackaged in the original packaging. c. Once the item is returned and inspected, the credit amount will be calculated as follows:

Refund Amount = Total Amount – Repackaging (if required)

d. The customer is responsible for all charges involved in returning the items. e. Some items/special order items correctly supplied may not be returnable depending on the manufacturer's policy. If they are accepted, they may incur up to 50% handling charge. f. All Returns must be accompanied by a covering letter, including the customer's Invoice number, full name, contact number, address and a brief description of the issue that the customer would like to address; as well as a copy of the original invoice, showing the full name, contact number and address of the customer. g. Refunds will be made by Rolan Australia as follows: . Credits will be issued to the credit card user on the order; and i. If the payment received was by cash or EFT, we will process the refund by way of EFT. 2. Delivery and Damage Claim

. If your delivery has arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, please contact Rolan Australia within 24 hours. Damaged items must be completely repackaged in the original packing and we will arrange for the return and replacement.

3. Material and Manufacturer Claim

. All Manufacturer Warranty Claims must be requested in writing. a. Adjustments are based on the warranty which was valid and in effect at the time the product was purchased

Rolan Privacy Policy

a. Rolan Australia will only collect and use personal information in accordance with the terms of this Policy, and in compliance with the National Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). To the extent that any aspect of our Policy is inconsistent with the legislation, the legislation shall prevail. b. Rolan Australia reserves the right to alter its Privacy Policy at any time, and publish any changes on its website.

. The personal information that Rolan Australia collects, includes the following:

• Names, addresses, contact numbers and email addresses;
• Information about your transactions, including the items you are purchasing, as well as your payment method and details.

2. Use and Disclosure of Personal Information:

. Rolan Australia collects the personal information outlined in clause 1 above, for the following purposes:

• To effectively respond to your customer service requests, process your transactions, and deliver the products you have purchased;

a. Rolan Australia may disclose your information to the following third parties for the following purposes:

• Providing your delivery details to transport and shipping companies so as to deliver the products you have ordered;
• Providing employees and service providers of Rolan Australia, with your details, so as to assist with enquiries and transactions, including the installation of tyres by Rolan Australia Installers;
• Disclosing details requested by third parties who are authorised by law to obtain your details, such as police and government departments; and
• Disclosing information to other organisations, the services of which; assist in the operation of Rolan Australia. b. The information collected by Rolan Australia will not be sold, and will only be disclosed or shared in accordance with this Policy.

3. Security of Personal Information:

. Rolan Australia will take all reasonable steps to store your personal information securely, and to ensure that it is not misused, accessed without authorisation, altered or disclosed. a. If there has been a breach of your privacy or your personal information has been used or disclosed other than in accordance with this Policy, please contact Rolan Australia through office@rolan.com.au b.
