Combined Shipping: We offer combined shipping, so you only pay for one shipping cost when placing multiple orders. Your purchases will be shipped promptly after we receive your payment.

Shipping Method: We use NZ Post to deliver all orders. Once your item is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Shipping Times: Most orders are dispatched the next working day. Standard delivery within New Zealand takes approximately 3–4 business days to major cities, with additional time for rural or remote locations.

Pick-Up: Pick-up is available 7 days a week. You will receive an email letting you know that your order is ready to collect. The timeframe for pickup may be impacted if things are especially busy. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Important: Please provide your full postal address via Trade Me, including your contact phone number so the courier can reach you if needed. To ensure prompt dispatch of your order, we prefer that delivery details are sent through Trade Me rather than by email.
